Of all the matches made in Designer Land, the collaboration of Michael Bastian and Gant is one of the best we’ve heard: Bastian’s tailored, slightly weathered all-American clothes (never mind that they’re made in Italy) feel like the luxe counterpart to Gant’s more casual, slightly weathered all-American clothes (never mind that they’re designed in Sweden). So we’ve been eagerly anticipating the new Gant by Michael Bastian collection, which will have its debut at Gant’s first-ever New York fashion week presentation next month. Can’t wait until then?
