Yay, Nay, Or Eh: It’s The Great Pumpkin, Amber Valletta?
Can you name your favorite red-carpet moment involving an orange dress? Neither can we. Colors commonly associated with gourds are not exactly the most wearable tones, which is why we’ve got to give Amber Valletta credit for pulling off this safety-orange-hued RM by Roland Mouret frock for the premiere of The Spy Next Door. (She stars in the movie opposite Jackie Chan.) The sharp shoulder and body-con fit are decidedly of-the-moment, but the playful shade keeps the look from coming across too seriously. Our verdict: perfect for a kid-friendly event (if you’re a supermodel, that is). What do you think? Would you step out à l’orange?
